Financial Policies

  1. Registration requirements include a non-refundable deposit for any Pacific Institute program, which will be listed in the program information. Balance of the program (unless in a financing or payment Plan) will be charged to your credit card two weeks prior to the start of the course(s).
  2. All other course fees are fully refundable one month before the start of that course less the non-refundable portion.
  3. Fees quoted for each program are the audited cost. Hands-on surgical training requires an additional cost for each surgical training operation to cover the cost of instructs, assistants, instruments, and equipment. This cost may vary according to the costs to the Pacific Institute. The cost of consumed materials used during surgical procedures will be added to the doctor’s account. The cost of either supplying a patient or having a doctor bring their own patient will be added to the doctor’s account. Doctors are allowed to charge their patient(s) for all the surgical procedures they perform.
  4. All Course fees are subject to appropriate federal sales tax. (GST)

Insurance & Licencing Policies
